The King County Assessor's Office created property cards for each property in King County. Generally, there are two cards for each property, one created about 1937 and another created sometime after 1974. The cards give varying details about the property. Sometimes they show who the owners were at the time the card was created. There are additions, notes and changes on some of the cards. It appears that the information might not be 100% accurate, particularly as regards year built.
To look at the cards for any house, click on the letters following each house number. a is the front side of the 1930s era card b is the backside of the 1930s era card c is the front side of the 1970s era card d is the back side of the 1970s era card
Once you click on the letter and see the image, you can right click on it to save it to your computer.
Due to technical difficulties (the memory card on my camera wasn't capturing images), I was not able to photograph both sides of every card. If there is a number following the letter, eg c1, I photographed that card multiple times to get images of the different photographs of the home which were attached to the card.
