James B. Morrison who lived for a time in 6046 was part of a B-29 crew which went down over China 2 February 1945. The captain of the aircraft, Arthur J. Humby wrote an account of his experiences being smuggled to freedom through Japanese occupied territory by the Chinese communist guerrillas. You can find the website with his account here.
